At Zero Foxtrot, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't mission-ready, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
